You know about many free online storage sites which gives you free space for storing your data or backup files. But the space they provide are limited to 5GB or 10 GB or max 25GB (skydrive)( i know its more than enough for some but exceptions are always there 😉 ) and if you want share your file with your friends, you have to provide link or you have start sharing your data.Another issue is uploading your file which is sometimes quite painful.

Here is a solution; if you need space why not to use email ? unlimited storage! you can send your files easily to anyone. I know you thought of saving your data on your email or some of you saving it but not large size files only few files but in this situation uploading a large file is a problem.

To make it easier to backup files and folder on your email account here is very useful utility Backup to Email which adds an option to backup files & folder on your email account like Gmail, Yahoo in your right click context menu and this thing is very simple.

Backup To Email also allows you to schedule file and folder backup, send backup to multiple email ids. However zipping, zipping with password protection and merging option are only available if you purchase activation key for Backup To Email at $9.95.If you don’t want those options then you can continue to use Backup to Email without any restriction for free.

Now right click is a right way to upload (backup) your data to email.
