There’s the great “The World Browser”…

http://www.ioage.com/en/download.htm

There’s only the installer’s download, but the installer only extracts the file, it doesn’t write anything in the registry (I monitored the registry during installation) and the settings are saved in the program folder.
As an effect, after installation you can copy the whole program folder to your USB stick and use it on another PC.

It has many, many features, and It’s softpedia review is all five stars.

Thanks Freewareelite for sharing “The World Browser” 🙂

I agree with Freewareelite… TheWorld Browser is a great browser to run from your flash drive with no after effects. It uses the IE engine… It also has a privacy mode built into it. Can read about it at What’s On My PC: http://whatsonmypc.wordpress.com/2009/05/28/theworldbrowser/

Excellent job in compiling this listing. I am looking closely at ArmorSurf…
